  • Coordination of servicing of lifts and generators
  • Coordination of maintenance/repair of public areas
  • Designing and maintaining log books for watcher and security plus ensuring they are properly trained by suppliers.
  • Administer purchase of basic equipment and supplies for maintenance of the building and storage
  • Administration of roof top usage and maintenance
  • External janitorial services to be done on a periodic basis
  • Maintaining records of receipts and payments

  • Maintaining and balancing cheque book and preparing cheques for payment
